About your lifetime warranty
- Covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic household use.
- Applies only to products purchased at full retail price through authorised retailers or official LARHN sales channels. Heavily discounted, promotional, gifted, liquidation, or marketplace incentive purchases (including but not limited to review programmes or third-party promotional schemes) are not eligible.
- Does not apply to commercial, professional, or industrial use.
- Does not cover normal wear and tear, knife marks, surface patina, or damage caused by improper care (including dishwashers, soaking, prolonged moisture exposure, or extreme temperature changes).
- Must be activated within 30 days of purchase via product registration using valid contact details. Warranty support and any future claims will only be provided via the registered email address used at activation.
- Available once per customer and applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
- Replacement products are not eligible for a further lifetime warranty (statutory rights still apply).
- Claims are assessed case by case, and any remedy is provided at LARHN’s discretion.
- We reserve the right to consider reasonable use when assessing any claim.
