Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received.

To request a return, please email support@larhn.com.

All return requests are responded to within 2 working days.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and appropriate insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it is received by us.

Inspection and refunds

Once received, returned items are inspected within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will also refund reasonable return shipping costs, subject to evidence being provided if requested.

If a returned item is not unused or not in its original condition, we may:

• Return the item to you at your expense, or
• Deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.
• Your statutory rights are unaffected.
